Once we have found you a mortgage deal, we will complete all the paperwork, submit the application to the lender and guide you through the mortgage process until completion.

What type of mortgage are you looking for?
Be reassured that our aim is to guarantee reliable mortgage advice appropriate to any individual that makes contact with us.
An initial fact finding meeting is completely free as we will bear the cost of this. This will then give you a valuable insight as to whether we can be of assistance to you.
Our normal fee is £250 payable on completion only, we will also be paid commission from the lender. On more complex cases i.e. adverse credit, lending into retirement, we will charge a fee of £500 as well as receiving commission from the lender. In some cases, there will be no fee payable – speak with us to see if this applies to your situation.
We will discuss and agree any charges before any chargeable work is undertaken.
